Organization History

1992

Began as single-person firm working primarily with non-industrial private landowners.

1996

Began contract work for multiple forest industry companies.

1999

First TIMO work (both acquisition and management). Began using GIS. Started managing Institutional Investment Timberlands

2000

Began development of Cruise Control (forest inventory software).

2003

Sold first licensed copies of Cruise Control. Placed an additional 100,000 acres under management.

2004

Added Aerial Imaging to capabilities list.

2008

Secured first E-911 mapping and addressing contract.

2010

Added Web Server to better serve clients with large holdings

2016

2nd Major Release of Cruise Control
